At LS Psychology, we provide psychological support and therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Our approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether you’re seeking support for emotional challenges, behavioural difficulties, or personal growth, our goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where you and your family can feel understood, supported, and empowered to make positive changes.
Children
Support for children experiencing emotional, behavioural, or developmental challenges. Sessions are tailored to the child’s age and individual needs, using engaging and age-appropriate techniques such as Play Therapy. Caregivers are involved where appropriate to support understanding and consistency at home. Areas we commonly address include anxiety, behavioural difficulties, emotional regulation, social challenges, and school-related issues.
Adolescents
Therapy for adolescents navigating the challenges of growing up. Sessions focus on emotional wellbeing, identity development, peer relationships, and coping with stress, anxiety, or mood difficulties. The approach is collaborative, helping teens develop insight, problem-solving skills, and resilience. Parents or caregivers may be involved occasionally to support progress while maintaining confidentiality for the adolescent.
Adults
Individual psychotherapy for adults seeking support with emotional wellbeing, stress, relationships, trauma, or personal growth. Sessions provide a safe and confidential space to reflect, gain insight, and develop practical strategies for coping and achieving personal goals. The approach is collaborative and evidence-based, supporting adults to navigate life transitions, manage mental health challenges, and build resilience.
Fees and Medical Aids
LS Psychology is a cash practice, and all fees are payable upfront via card immediately following each session. An invoice will be provided, which can be submitted to most medical aids for reimbursement.
Our fees are aligned with most South African medical aid rates.
