Lara Shepard is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA, PS0154032) and with the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF, PR1126628). She completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at North West University in 2021.

Lara enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults, believing that every individual is unique and deserves to be heard. She provides a comfortable, warm, and supportive space where clients can grow, explore challenges, and flourish — even when therapy can feel unsettling or challenging.
